Troubleshooting

If your lights fail to connect with the app, follow these steps: 1. Ensure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned ON. 2. Make sure your Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz (Not supported by 5GHz Wi-Fi) and have the correct password. 3. Ensure the app can find the nearby device. 4. Press and hold the button on the controller until the green indicator lights flash quickly to enter pairing mode. 5. Ensure you have a strong signal; for the best results, keep the lights and your router as close as possible.
